Despite this wide assortment, I’ve never thought of a… salty chocolate!
After discovering this curious but incredibly good duo, I did some research and noticed that many chocolate brands produce it.
However, I think that the best ever is the Fior di Sale by Lindt, a dark chocolate bar enriched with sea salt crystals. Fior di Sale is characterized by an intense, enveloping taste: hard to forget!
A little personal advice: keep the chocolate bar in fridge and pull it out just before you want to taste a piece of it. In my opinion the feeling of freshness is the secret ingredient that emphasizes all the flavours allowing you to deeply enjoy them.
Since I discovered Fior di Sale by Lindt, I can’t do without it!
